Beta Tester Confidentiality Agreement

The beta platform, non-public features, workflows, prompts, analyses, reports, screenshots, documentation, pricing discussions, bugs, performance observations, and other information not publicly released by Brida Capital AI are confidential information.

You may use beta access only to evaluate Brida Capital AI for your own internal purposes during the beta period. You must use reasonable care to protect confidential information and may not disclose it to any person without our prior written permission.

• Do not share screenshots, screen recordings, reports, prompts, beta access, credentials, or non-public material on social media, in groups, with competitors, or with any other third party.
• Do not copy, scrape, export in bulk, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover or extract non-public platform logic, prompts, data structures, or security controls.
• Do not use beta materials, outputs, or feedback to build, train, benchmark, promote, or support a competing product, service, model, dataset, or workflow.

You may provide feedback voluntarily. To the extent permitted by law, you grant Brida Investments AR LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation. Brida Capital AI retains all rights in the platform and beta materials.

Beta access is temporary, revocable, and provided without any commitment of continued availability. We may immediately suspend or revoke access for suspected misuse, breach, security risk, or any other reason permitted by law. On request or termination, stop using and delete confidential beta materials in your possession, except where retention is required by law.

Beta features may be incomplete, changed, or unavailable. This Agreement should be reviewed by qualified U.S. SaaS counsel before the beta is opened broadly. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
