Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Pro subscription costs $39 USD per month, plus applicable taxes. It renews automatically each month using the payment method on file until canceled. The price, billing frequency, automatic-renewal terms, and cancellation method are disclosed before purchase.

We may offer individual AI reports for a one-time price shown before purchase. A report purchase does not create a recurring subscription unless the checkout screen clearly says otherwise.

Cancel through Settings → Manage Billing → Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the then-current paid billing period. You retain paid access through that date unless the service or law states otherwise. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Deleting an account or ceasing use does not by itself cancel a subscription.

Payments are normally non-refundable, including partially used billing periods, unused access, individual reports already generated, and failure to cancel before renewal, except when required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was unauthorized, duplicated, or technically erroneous, contact brian@bridacapital.com promptly. Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.

We may retry failed payments, suspend paid features, or cancel access after nonpayment. We may change prices prospectively with notice required by law; a new price will not be charged before the applicable notice and consent requirements are met.
